No Day for Resting on March’s Last Sunday

Thousands of children, teenagers and adults celebrated the National Sports Day in La Sabana Park, organized by the Costa Rican Sports and Recreation Institute to emphasize the importance of physical activity. The event is held the last Sunday of March each year.

Schools, sports committees and associations organize activities throughout the country to encourage participation.
