Reduction in Gas Prices Takes Effect

IT is now slighter cheaper for driversto fill up their tanks, thanks to a reductionin gasoline prices approved July 1 by thePublic Services Regulatory Authority(ARESEP).The 1.3% reduction amounts to gasprices of about 1 cent less per liter. Supergasoline, which was ¢399/liter ($0.84), isnow ¢394 ($0.83). Regular gasoline,which was ¢381/liter ($0.80), is now ¢376($0.79). Diesel, which was ¢286/liter($0.60), is now ¢282 ($0.59).The new prices took effect Tuesday.
