World’s fastest man Usain Bolt partying in Costa Rica

Superstar sprinter Usain Bolt partied in Costa Rica’s capital last night. The six-time Olympic gold medalist joined Jamaican reggae singer Chris Martin for a private party at the bar Nova in San Pedro in east San José, according to La Nación.

The 27-year-old Jamaican is well-known for his theatrics (including his trademark lightning bolt pose) and love of partying along with his speed. Bolt arrived at the San Pedro celebration at midnight and stayed late into the night. On Instagram, the track star posted a photo of himself and several friends with the caption “Day 1 in Costa Rica let the vacation begin.” So it sounds like the world’s fastest man will be visible here over the next few days.

Bolt, who is  the 100-meter and 200-meter world record holder, will compete in the 2016 Rio Olympics. He  plans to retire in 2017.
