MANAGUA – Fernando Martínez, minister of transport and infrastructure, announced Feb. 25 that the government will begin at the end of next month paving roads throughout the country thanks to $20 million in Venezuelan cooperation.
The plan is part of Ortega’s effort to “launch an offensive” against unpaved roads.
