JDA auctioning 90 properties in 6 states and Costa Rica

John Dixon & Associates, based in Marietta, Georgia, will sell 90 properties in 41 offerings on Wednesday, August 21.

“We will auction a Former Restaurant Building, Commercial Land, Home and Lots in North Carolina; 146 acre River View Recreational Land in Virginia; 5 Apartment Buildings in Alabama; 46 acres and a Commercial Lot in South Carolina; A House in West Virginia; and all types of Real Estate through out Georgia,” according to John Dixon, CEO.

“The most unique property is a 35 acre Ocean View tract in Costa Rica selling at Absolute Auction which means No Minimum Bid and selling Regardless of Price!,” said Dixon.

“Very seldom do we have property in a foreign country included in our quarterly Multi-Seller Auctions,” he added.

The live auction will take place at The Mansour Conference Center in Marietta; However, bidders are able to pre-register online and bid on the properties in real time over the internet.
