A few months ago, The Tico Times posted a video to celebrate the end of the rainy season – and visitors ever since have enjoyed sunshine, busy beaches, throbbing night life, action-packed national parks and even a few oceanfront weddings.

Now that the afternoons are getting soggy again, we thought we’d revisit this video homage to “the green season,” a time of breathtaking clouds, verdant renewal and resourceful attempts to keep dry.
