Flights increase between Mexico – Costa Rica

Mexican airline Aeroméxico announced Wednesday that it would increase the number of flights between San José and Mexico City, and also begin direct flights from Costa Rica’s capital to the Mexican beach town of Cancún.

Beginning April 1, flights will leave the Juan Santamaría International Airport at 12:55 p.m. and arrive in Mexico City at 5:05 p.m. local time. Daily return flights take off from Mexico City at 10 a.m. and arrive in San José at 11:50 a.m.

Three flights per week to Cancún will begin June 29, according to the weekly El Financiero.
