A 140-hectare housing project got underway early this month outside the central Pacific town of Parrita. The project, known as Joya Pacifica, is being developed jointly by Joya Pacifica Partners, Zapata y Asociados, and Grupo Turidesarrollos.
The development is to include 234 home sites, as well as a bridge constructed by the developers to cross the PaloSecoRiver and connect it to the nearby community of Las Vegas.
