Venezuelan Electrical Plants To Start Up Next Week
MANAGUA – President Daniel Ortega announced Sunday that the first of the emergency electrical plants donated by Venezuelan President Hugo Chávez would go online by next week.
He said eight new plants totaling 60 megawatts of power – about half the country’s energy deficit – would be operational here within five weeks.
