NOTHING to declare: Guatemala and El Salvador this week took the firststep toward a Central American Customs Union by symbolically destroyingan old customs booth at the border of the two countries. Honduras,Guatemala, El Salvador and Nicaragua are expected to join inthe Customs Union in the next 90 days.
