Costa Rica women’s team qualifies for the U-20 World Cup 2014, gets to joke with the president

President Laura Chinchilla honors the Under-20 Costa Rican Women’s National Team and its head coach (right) at the Casa Presidencial in San José on Thursday morning. The team qualified for  the 2014 U-20 World Cup after rallying to beat Trinidad and Tobago, 7-3, last Sunday. The tournament takes place in Canada from Aug. 5-25.
