What you’ll do:

• Keep facilities safe and secure
• Help boaters & manage dock operations
• Assist guests and support daily property activities
• Handle general maintenance, cleaning, and small repairs

What we’re looking for:  

English & Spanish fluency

Marina/dock experience

Property management experience

Reliable, hands‑on, independent worker
