Costa Rica Honored By Travel Publications

THE publications Modern Bride, Recommend, Travel Weekly and Pacific Business News all recently recognized Costa Rica as a top tourist destination, the Costa Rican Tourism Institute (ICT) announced this week.

 

The magazine Modern Bride, after conducting a survey of travel agents, chose Costa Rica as “Best Destination” and “Best Destination for Adventure.”

 

Recommend, a monthly publication for travel professionals, awarded Costa Rica “Best Destination” in Latin America and “Best Destination for Ecotourism,” based on the voting of travel agents.

 

Similarly, Travel Weekly awarded Costa Rica “Best Destination in Latin America” and “Best Destination for Tourism from the United States.” Pacific Business News recognized Costa Rica as the “Best Destination in the World for Adventure Tourism.”
