Dow Jones launches 4 bond indexes for Costa Rica

Chile’s top fixed income index and pricing provider, LVA Indices (LVA), and leading Latin America provider Proveedor Integral de Precios (PiP) on Wednesday launched four bond indexes for Costa Rica as part of the Dow Jones LATixx index. They are designed to measure the performance of the Costa Rican government’s debt instruments in local currency and U.S. dollars.

The new indexes are: the Dow Jones LATixx Costa Rica Government Colones Fixed Rate Index, the Dow Jones LATixx Costa Rica Government Colones Variable Rate Index, the Dow Jones LATixx Costa Rica Government U.S. Dollar Fixed Rate Index, and the Dow Jones LATixx Costa Rica Government U.S. Dollar Variable Rate Index.
