Moving Contemporary Dance Tribute

Danza U, the University of Costa Rica’s contemporary dance group, performs “Dime dónde para encontrarte,” an original composition by Spanish choreographer Fernando Hurtado, Nov. 3 and 4 in San José’s National Theater. The show is a tribute to the university’s 70th anniversary. General admission costs ₡3,000 ($6) or ₡2,000 ($4) for students and seniors. Hurtado, who has worked extensively in Spain and Latin America, is in Costa Rica for two months working with Danza U and giving classes and conferences for the dance community.
