Democrats Abroad Lean Toward Obama

Barack Obama 3, Hillary Clinton 1.5. That is the latest tally of delegate counts announced by Democrats Abroad, the international organization that conducted the first global primary for U.S. citizens living abroad.
Another 2.5 delegates from Democrats Abroad remain to be distributed during a global convention in April in Vancouver, British Columbia.
Under the Democratic Party’s system, each delegate is required to vote for their candidate, which is assigned to them based on the popular vote.
