Hacienda Pinilla Development Expands

Hacienda Pinilla, a 1,800-hectare development in Guanacaste, announced it is constructing two more residential neighborhoods that will total 136 lots.

To be known as Brisas and Almendros, the properties will sell for $150,000-500,000 per lot, or $700,000-2 million with a completed house.

The lots will be laid out by September of this year, and the development plans to build out the properties over the course of the next five years.

At the moment, Hacienda Pinilla consists of two condo developments, a golf course and tennis courts.
