Banco de Costa Rica Opens Exchange House

BANCO de Costa Rica (BCR) has opened a currency exchange house (casa de cambio) at its central office in downtown San José.

The exchange house does business in U.S. and Canadian dollars, euros, sterling pounds, Swiss francs, Mexican and Colombian pesos and all Central American currencies.

Customers can buy U.S. dollars at all BCR branches. Euros can be bought at its offices in Jacó, Florencia, La Fortuna, Monterrey, Tilarán, Puntarenas, Parrita, Quepos, Liberia and Flamingo.
