Costa Rica's Immigration Administration will provide foreigners with a little extra flexibility as countries restrict travel due to the coronavirus pandemic.Â
Correos de Costa Rica opened 35 counters to process residence applications and other Immigration services this week and is working to open 13 more in 2017.
