Flamingo/Potrero News

November 30, 2012

The 3rd Annual Gold Coast Women’s Group World Tour of Food, Fashion and Music was a huge success. The 170 ladies at Mar y Sol Restaurant in Playa Flamingo enjoyed being together and tasting the food, which corresponded to countries exhibited. Models represented fashions from the U.S., India, Costa Rica, Italy, Indonesia, France, and Peru.

Thank you to Patricia Sterman, proprietor of Azul Profundo Boutique, who provided the fabulous fashion for the models, and her sister, Victoria Sterman, who offered support and coordinated the models throughout the show. Thanks to Mar y Sol for hosting this great event and to Maureen Thompson and Anne Scalf, whose organizing efforts made the event possible.

We had a full boat for sailing, swimming, visiting, munching and singing. Thanks to Jeff Ruzicka and his crew for such a memorable day.
