The final details for the first Book Sale Fundraiser have been confirmed. The event will take place at the University of Costa Rica Regional Museum in San Ramón, on the north side of the Central Park, Nov. 12 from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. More than 2,000 used books, CDs, DVDs and magazines in both English and Spanish, as well as some jewelry and crafts, will be on sale. Prices for used books will range ₡500-₡1,000, with discounts for students. All proceeds will benefit the San Ramón Red Cross and Dog Land, an animal rescue facility.
