‘Pura Vida’ takes a chill: Costa Ricans play in Canadian ice hockey tournament

Costa Rica was represented on Canadian ice when players from Costa Rica’s Castillo Knights hockey club participated in the Lac Beauport Pond Hockey Tournament near Quebec City. The massive annual tournament, held in late January, is played on outdoor ice on Lake Beauport and attracts some of the best pond hockey teams from across North America and Europe.
